Due to the instant digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if there was a technical error or duplicate charge, please contact us immediately and we'll review your case.
Q: How do I access my purchased greeting/card?
After successful payment, you'll receive an email with a unique access link. Click the link to view your personalized greeting. You can also access it from the product page if you're logged in.
Q: Can I edit my greeting after purchase?
Unfortunately, once a greeting is generated and paid for, it cannot be edited. Please review your details carefully before completing your purchase.
Q: Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely! All payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway. We never store your credit card or banking information.
Q: How long do I have access to my purchased product?
Your greeting/card remains accessible for 30 days from the date of purchase. We recommend saving or sharing it within this period.
